On October 19, 2023, Qiaoxin Group held a symposium on Shenggao Qiaoxin-Shangxian Cover Project. Participants included Comrade Qiao Yuedong, Chairman and President of the Group, Comrade Feng Guangsheng, Executive Vice President of the Group, Comrade Yuan Guangyu, Chief Engineer of the Group, Comrade Duan Yujuan, Chief Financial Officer and Human Resource Officer of the Group, and Yang Hongxi, Chairman of the Labor Union of the Group and General Manager of the Planning Center.

At the symposium, the participants had an in-depth discussion on real estate development. Yuan Guangyu, Chief Engineer of the Group, firstly raised the topics related to the development of Shenggao Qiaoxin-Shangxian Cover Project, and introduced the development concepts and unique design of the project, such as high-end, intelligent, ecological and modernization, and emphasized Qiaoxin Group's consistent commitment to the sustainable development and the creation of a high-quality living space for customers.

Feng Guangsheng, Executive Vice President of the Group, shared the results of the market research at the meeting and analyzed in detail the development trend and competition situation of the current real estate market. He pointed out that the Yulin market is saturated with just-demanded housing and the supply of high-end green and improved housing is insufficient. We chose to benchmark the design concepts of high-end and high-quality improved real estate such as those in North, Shanghai and Guangzhou, and lead the new generation of wind vane for real estate development in Yulin, which has huge market potential.

They emphasized the importance of the project's sustainable development and good financial status to ensure the long-term operation and profitability of the project.
