Recently, Qiaoxin Group successfully held the 2024 Annual Human Resources Work Conference, aiming to implement the Group's talent strategy, strengthen human resources management, coordinate human resources planning, rationalize the human resources management system, cultivate, select and reserve talents for the Group's sustainable development, and give full play to the supportive role of talents for the Group's future development.
The meeting was formally held on June 19, 2024 at 3:00 p.m., attended by all senior management of the Group, middle-level heads of departments, middle-level or above heads of each molecular company and all human resources staff.
The meeting was chaired by Mr. Feng Guangsheng, Executive Vice President of the Group. At the meeting, Comrade Duan Yujuan, Chief Human Resource Officer of the Group, made a detailed summary report on the human resource work in 2024, and comprehensively sorted out the work achievements and problems in the past year.
Comrade Jiang Xin, Vice President of the Group, read out “Qiaoxin Group [2024] No. 22 Notice on Personnel Appointment of the Group” and “Qiaoxin Group [2024] No. 23 Notice on Appointment of Personnel to Important Positions of the Group”, which provided a clear guideline for the Group's talent strategy.
During the discussion session of the meeting, the participants actively spoke and conducted in-depth discussions on the Group's established talent strategy work. Combined with the Chairman's report on the work of the 2023 Annual Meeting, they put forward many constructive opinions and suggestions on the deployment of the Group's human resources work in 2024.
Finally, Comrade Qiao Yuedong, Chairman and President of the Group, made a concluding speech, in which he fully affirmed the human resources work in the past year and put forward great expectations for the future development.
The successful convening of this meeting clarified the direction for the human resource work of Qiaoxin Group and laid a solid foundation for the Group's sustainable development.
