Founded in July 2022, YU Research Institute is mainly engaged in research and innovation in coal chemical industry and analysis of market dynamics, focusing on the research of coal industry and industrial "three wastes" treatment, research and development of coal-based special fuels and coal-based high-end materials, technology integration and transformation, process design and auditing, and carrying the transformation of high-end results, project incubation, and industrialization. It carries the mission of high-end achievement transformation, project incubation and industry landing.
At present, the company is focusing on solving the problem of waste water and waste gas which restricts the development of the coal industry, and actively promoting the industrial landing and project demonstration. The industrial landing and demonstration projects focus on solving the bottlenecks of waste water and waste gas in the upgrading of the charcoal industry.
Together with Shenhua Design Institute, Harbin Institute of Technology, Qingdao University of Science and Technology, and Shaanxi Zhongxin Rongtai Environmental Protection Science and Technology Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of Qiaoxin Group, the company has carried out centralized treatment of wastewater from nine charcoal enterprises in the Shangyushu Northwest Industrial Zone of Shenmu City. The "three wastes" generated from the treatment process will be discharged according to the standard, and the treated water will be returned to the charcoal enterprises for use. The project, with an investment of 440 million yuan, will start construction in 2022 and be put into operation in June 2023.
