Daqian Mingqin Research Institute

Daqian Mingqin Research Institute is a science and technology development center set up in Beijing to implement the strategic deployment of Qiaoxin Group's scientific and technological research and development, and to meet the Group's high-quality extraordinary leapfrog development, docking domestic and foreign research institutes. It aims to develop and transform the scientific and technological achievements at home and abroad which are suitable for the strategic development of Qiaoxin Group and even for the strategic development of Yulin City, and to promote the implementation of scientific and technological achievements through the pilot incubation in "Qinchuang Park".

  • Low-carbon green aspect

    The 1.7 billion cubic meters/year of oxygen-rich waste gas generated from about 5 million tons/year of Lancan coal is purified by pretreatment and converted to synthesized methanol and then reacted with CO produced by PSA to form acetic acid, and the hydrogenation of acetic acid is reacted to produce 800,000 tons/year of ethanol, and the by-product of purified CO2 is supplied to the production of soda ash. The product chain than the waste gas as a power plant fuel carbon sequestration emission reduction CO21.58 million tons/year.

  • Waste-free and high efficiency

    The 4 million tons/year of phenol-ammonia wastewater generated from about 20 million tons/year of coal is treated to extract about 130,000 tons/year of ammonia and 40,000 tons of crude phenol; the crude phenol is refined to produce phenol and m-cresol, which are sold as high-value-added refined products. Ammonia is used for the production of other high value-added products.

  • Waste-free green aspect

    It recycles and treats about 150,000 tons/year of waste salt from various enterprises in Yulin area, and reacts the sodium chloride obtained after fractionation with ammonia produced by treating waste water of lancar and CO2 recovered from the purification of barren gas to produce soda ash and ammonium chloride products for agricultural use. It can synergistically treat about 50,000 tons of hazardous wastes such as oil sludge and organic residue in Yulin area annually, and recycle about 3,000 tons of oil, while the by-produced steam is used for the project.

  • High-efficiency and green aspect

    Make full use of 600,000 tons of lancarbon resources to produce porous activated carbon and high-performance activated carbon of different specifications; at the same time, make use of the butyrolactone produced in Shenmu area, calcium carbide resources and by-production of ammonia resources to produce high value-added PVP products by 2-P and NVP. Porous activated carbon is a necessary material for wastewater and waste gas; high-performance activated carbon is a new energy capacitor electrode material; PVP is a dispersant for battery electrolyte and a good slow-release agent for drugs.

  • Serving enterprises in the park, based on turning waste into treasure

    The park enterprises "three wastes" are discharged in different degrees, and the individual treatment cost is high, in order to better help the park industry healthy and sustainable development, Qiaoxin will be supported by the government to help, is committed to become a park enterprise "three wastes" treatment service provider, based on the "three wastes" comprehensive utilization of park enterprises, turn waste into treasure, and help the relevant industry high-quality development. With the support of the government, Qiaoxin will be committed to becoming a service provider of "three wastes" treatment for enterprises in the park, based on the comprehensive utilization of "three wastes" of enterprises in the park, turning wastes into treasures, and assisting in the high-quality development of related industries. Dachan Mingqin will firstly cooperate with relevant experts in phenol and ammonia recovery, high COD and high salt wastewater treatment to optimize the relevant technology and reduce the operating costs; meanwhile, it will devote itself to refining and separating crude phenol, and intends to jointly develop with relevant institutions the production of high-purity and high-value single products with a new process, so as to improve the competitiveness of the project enterprises.

  • Contributing to the incubation of results and seeking high-end development

    Qiaoxin Group, as the president of the city's Science and Technology Promotion Association, and its Beijing Daqian Mingqin Research Institute will help universities and colleges to incubate and transform their achievements in the pilot base of Qinchuangyuan and docking demand for innovation and development of enterprises in the park, and will strive to promote the implementation of scientific and technological achievements at the last kilometer, and help the relevant enterprises to seek high-end development.
